When you outgrow the free plan. Up to 3 active clients stays free forever, with no clock at all — and the moment you add your 4th client, your 21-day Pro trial begins automatically (no card required). When it ends, subscribe to keep going; your existing clients always stay put.
What happens if I outgrow my plan mid-cycle?
Nothing breaks. We let you keep all your existing clients but block new invites until you upgrade. No data deletion, no surprise charges.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switch the toggle above to Annual to pay yearly and save 20% versus paying month to month. You can change between monthly and annual from your billing portal anytime.
Can I run Repd from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?
Yes — connecting an AI assistant is included on paid plans. Link ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini once and manage clients, sessions, and workouts by asking in plain English, with scoped, revocable access that never touches billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal — keep access until the end of the current period, then drop to the Free plan with up to 3 clients preserved.
Do you take a cut of payments I receive from clients?
No. Stripe takes their standard processing fee, but Repd takes 0% commission. Your invoices, your money.
What's the difference between Pro and Elite?
